Our customers are some of the largest shippers and 3PLs in the industry, and we're scaling fast. We build the robots, we deploy them, and we keep them running.

As a Senior Hardware Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in getting new electronics from design to production. This position involves not only designing and executing comprehensive hardware tests but also developing testing procedures and setups for our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed test plans for hardware components and systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and performance standards

  • Create and oversee tests for the manufacturing team, developing test setups that facilitate efficient and effective production processes

  • Utilize a variety of test equipment to evaluate electronic systems, components, and materials

  • Analyze test results to identify defects or quality issues, collaborating with engineering teams to devise solutions

  • Lead the development of automated test systems to enhance testing efficiency and coverage

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers

  • Document test procedures and results, maintaining clear communication with the engineering team and management

  • Stay abreast of the latest testing technologies and methodologies in the robotics and automation industry

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in hardware testing, with experience in both product testing and manufacturing testing environments

  • Demonstrated ability in hardware design principles and testing methodologies

  • Experience with test automation and development of test frameworks

  • Skilled in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

  • Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

  • Competitive salary and equity in an early-stage robotics company

  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision

  • Permissive time off policy
