  • Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).

  • Valid driver’s license and or reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Optional

  • Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.
