Dot Transportation Inc. • Mount Sterling, IL, United States Location:1 Dot way Mount Sterling, IL Student Pay: Earn $800/week while obtaining your CDL, plus bonus and incentive opportunties; Tuition Assistance. Driver Pay: Starting pay up to $95K depending on experience and job type Program Details: https://www.dottransportation.com/about/schools/ Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age. You love the open road. You'd rather see spectacular sunrises through your windshield than work in an office. If that sounds like you, join Dot Transportation, Inc. (DTI) to get behind the wheel. You'll make money as you train to get your Class A CDL license at an approved driving school or one of our in-house programs. Plus, we'll cover your tuition. Once you have your CDL license and complete our training, you'll be a best-in-class truck driver on the DTI team. WHAT DTI DRIVERS DO Safely and efficiently operate DTI equipment to transport product Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements set by the Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and any other governing body For all jobs except no-touch freight, load and unload dry and temperature-controlled goods Meet established company goals, including managing MPG, fuel purchases, idle time, and speed Read and understand DTI load paperwork and product and packaging descriptions Identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position ROLE SPECIFICS We offer 4x4, 6x3, local schedule, and a traditional schedule to meet you and your family's needs (Learn more) DTI drivers work in all conditions and on weekdays, weekends, days, and nights Regular physical activity required for all jobs except no-touch freight; must be able to safely lift on average 14 pounds and at the most around 60 pounds Includes sitting, walking, or standing during work hours Pay Range: 800.00-800.00 per_week, General Benefits: WHAT DTI CAN OFFER YOU As a family-owned and -operated company, DTI has created a strong family culture.
