What You'll Do

• Analyze profitability, interest rate risk, liquidity, and balance sheet performance

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives

• Evaluate new products, lending programs, and investment opportunities

• Participate in financial modeling, reporting enhancements, and technology-driven process improvements

• Contribute to high-impact projects involving data analytics, automation, and business intelligence

What They're Looking For

• Background in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Audit

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, ALM, investments, or financial institution reporting is preferred

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively

Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, audit, or a related field

• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and translate findings into business insights

• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Knowledge of cash flow analysis and liquidity risk management within a financial setting

• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities proactively

• Preference for experience in investments, financial institution reporting, or related financial services environments

• Effective communication skills and a curious, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
