Join Our Team in Los Angeles, CA: Full-Time Emergency Veterinarian

Collaborative, rotating schedule: We work with our clinicians to accommodate shift preferences whenever possible, while remaining flexible to support hospital needs each scheduling period. The rotational shift schedule has flexibility built in and many of our ER doctors are world-travelers.

BluePearl Los Angeles is a specialty and 24-hour emergency hospital offering surgery, internal medicine, radiation oncology, and medical oncology, with planned expansion into cardiology and neurology. We are looking for clever and motivated ER doctors to join our team. Our ECC department also includes two critical care specialists and we work closely with other departments to deliver collaborative, high-quality patient care. Studio City, CA serves a diverse clientele and we embrace thoughtful, creative treatment plans that advance patient care while considering each family’s needs and circumstances. We are very dedicated to staff training and employ a patient care training coordinator on-site. BluePearl also empowers our staff with aspire training programs and guidance for VTNE and VTS.

The Kind of Person We're Excited to Work With:

  • You possess the qualifications: A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.

  • You're officially certified: Holding a valid state veterinary license

  • You have an unwavering commitment to emergency care: Self-directed, committed ongoing learner. Must be driven to continuously improve and stay up to date with industry developments and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality.

  • You're a pro at solving problems: Your decision-making skills are top-notch. You possess outstanding analytical capacity, attention to detail, and follow through.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment: You have a knack for multitasking and can skillfully prioritize in high volume environment.

  • If you're already familiar with Google Apps for Work and have experience with Cornerstone Practice Management software, that's a bonus!

  • You are Tech-Savvy: If you're already well-versed in Google Apps for Work and have experience with Cornerstone Practice Management software, consider it an added bonus!

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus:

  • Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $200,000-$240,000

  • No Non-Compete Clause

This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.

Pay Range Disclaimer: The compensation range includes average base + production compensation. BluePearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and/or hospital. Please discuss specific ancillary benefits with your interviewer.
