Full job description
Academic Year: 26/27 Fall & Spring
Required Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday with fixed hours 2 to 4 hours per week.
Position Overview:
The Student Success Center is looking for Tutors to provide academic/writing support to students outside the classroom by helping students understand course material, prepare for exams, improve their study strategies, or assist with writing skits. Tutors will work closely with faculty to align tutoring efforts with course objectives and student needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist students in understanding course material, develop effective study skills, and prepare for exams and quizzes.

Work closely with faculty to understand course content and identify students needing extra help. Provide feedback on common academic challenges.
Qualifications:

Students with strong academic performance in the course(s) to be tutored, with faculty recommendation.

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
