Millwright Team Member Maintenance - up to $38.55 / hr

What awaits you:

  • Adhere to IATF16949 work instructions

  • Adhere to ISO14001 work instructions and training

  • Read and follow all job related work instructions.

  • Observe & follow all safety procedures and guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to self and other employees

  • Daily inspections of plant and machinery specifically bearings, gear reducers, belts, couplings, and alignment and repair of same including completion of daily check list

  • Rebuild equipment as needed

  • Maintain shot blasts and associated equipment (Dust Collectors etc.)

  • Make necessary building repairs

  • Install new equipment as needed

  • Fabricate from wood or steel any new or replacement equipment from design drawings or instruction

  • Ability to weld and do layout work as well as torch cutting

  • Provide own tools (personal hand tools)

  • Repair yard cranes (except electrical)

  • Must have ability to complete rigging tasks

  • Must have basic computer skills for work order entry and completion

  • Must be able to obtain a forklift and/or man-lift licenses from CWC safety department

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Candidate must have at a minimum a Journeyman Card or 6 years of practical Maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
