Full job description
SUBSTITUTE REGISTERED NURSE: 10-Month School Calendar Position
GST BOCES is looking for an RN substitute to care for the medical needs of students placed in a BOCES classroom located across our region. There are substituting opportunities in the Elmira, Horseheads, Bath, and Hornell areas.

Some students may require daily tube feeding

Assessment of students’ vital signs.

The employee must possess a valid NYS Nurse license.

Dispensing medications.

Helping students with daily living skills/hygiene

Following medical protocol

Students may need assistance with areas of daily living skills which may include, but are not limited to; toileting, personal care, feeding.

Other duties as assigned.
