Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- 2 positions

Perth Amboy, NJ and Freehold NJ | Hybrid Position | 2 Clients per BCBA

Position Summary

Bounce ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Perth Amboy and Freehold, NJ area. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work with two clients while being part of a collaborative, mission-driven organization that values your expertise, supports your professional growth, and is committed to delivering exceptional, individualized in-home ABA services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

  • Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians

  • Monitor treatment implementation and client progress in the home setting

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Modify treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification and New Jersey licensure

  • Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Passion for delivering compassionate, family-centered care
