Description
We are in search of an Attorney/Lawyer to become part of our client's legal team based in San Rafael, California. As an Attorney/Lawyer, your main duties will include managing case files, handling complaints, and dealing with civil litigation.
Responsibilities

Oversee case management using related software
-
Handle and resolve client complaints efficiently

Administer claims and related legal matters

Brief the team on legal matters and case updates

Engage in civil litigation procedures

Provide legal advice based on consumer electronics laws and regulations

Manage landlord-tenant disputes and related legal issues

Maintain an organized system for legal documents and case files.
Requirements

JD from an ABA accredited university.

Must hold active CA bar license.

Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer in litigation.
