Trade Operations Specialist – Entry Level

Salt Lake City, Utah – (Must reside in Utah)

$47 to $56k/yr.

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Trade Operations Specialist for a leading global financial services firm. As a Trade Operations Specialist on the Transfer Settlement team, you'll be at the heart of Operations, managing the settlement of various asset types and supporting critical activities like electronic and physical asset transfers, client trades, and portfolio restructurings. This is a role where creativity, adaptability, and a drive for excellence will help you thrive. As part of our team, you'll build strong relationships, develop hands-on skills, and contribute to innovative solutions that make a real impact for our business and clients.

Trade Operations Specialist Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the trade lifecycle by collaborating with business units, middle office, legal, compliance, and external parties to achieve shared objectives.

  • Work alongside expert teams to manage assets and transfers end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
