Aquatics (Swim Instructor)

Pay Range $12.00-13.00

Help build confidence, teach life-saving skills, and inspire a lifelong love of the water.

As a Swim Instructor, you'll do more than teach swim lessons—you'll help children and adults gain confidence, develop new skills, and stay safe in and around the water. Every lesson is an opportunity to encourage, motivate, and make a lasting impact while creating a fun and supportive learning environment.

  • Alert and safety-oriented – ability to anticipate what may happen to keep safety the top priority

  • Takes being a role model seriously, leading by example

  • Ability to have challenging conversations, such as those regarding swimming ability
