About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, confident Shift Lead who can set the tone and help make every shift a great one.

You’ll create a welcoming studio environment, build relationships with members and prospects, support membership sales, and help keep the studio running smoothly. When you’re the Shift Lead, you’ll be the go-to person on the floor —setting the energy, helping the team stay on track, and making decisions when needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their leadership skills while still being hands-on with members and sales.
