At Hotel Rehabs, we operate a high-volume, programmatic renovation platform within branded hospitality. Our model is structured, repeatable, and designed for scale. We are building systems, not just projects, and we are looking for leaders who think the same way.
As a Project Executive, you will own a portfolio of projects as a business unit, reporting directly to the COO. You will operate at both a strategic and execution level, bringing clarity, structure, and consistency across projects.

What You Will Own
Portfolio Leadership

Full ownership of multiple projects from handoff through closeout

Establish structured execution standards across projects

Ensure consistency in delivery, reporting, and performance

Maintain accurate forecasting and financial visibility

Identify risks early through data and trend analysis

Requirements

8+ years in construction leadership (hospitality, renovation, or multi-site preferred)

Experience managing multiple projects or a portfolio

Strong financial acumen (forecasting, margin management, cost control)

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
