Minimum commitment: 4 to 5 full production days per month, on-site in Redondo Beach. These are full days of shooting, not a couple of hours in and out.

-
Bring real experience keeping long-form retention high — pacing, hooks, avoiding the mid-video drop-off Collaboration
-
Work directly with our team and host to structure each episode before filming: outline, key beats, storyline
-
Direct on set to keep footage usable and on-story
-
Debrief after each shoot on what worked and what to change next time Channel Development
-
Bring format and series ideas beyond a single review structure
-
Help test what actually keeps people watching, and adjust
-
Own the visual consistency of the channel episode to episode
