Full job description

This position is responsible for providing direct patient care in the Interventional Radiology Lab. A close working relationship with Radiology leadership and radiologists is required to maintain a cost- effective, patient-focused service. Identifying and accomplishing program goals, action items, and outcomes are also components of this position. This position is responsible to provide care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures using the approved workflows and procedural protocols. Technologists in this position are able to demonstrate full knowledge of IR procedures and equipment. This position does not require on-call support.

Graduate of a Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CEHEA) or an AMA accredited radiography program or equivalent. One year Interventional Radiology experience required. ARRT, BCLS required. CV,VI preferred.
