Your Role: The Machine Operator is responsible for performing basic machine operation, working with computer-controlled equipment or mechanical based machines to make sure they are set up properly, working well and producing quality products.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

Basic understanding of motor components and functions(40%)

Load/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gauging equipment in a safe and efficient manner(30%)

Make adjustmentsasrequiredfor change overs(30%)

Identify,troubleshootand correct minor machine time outs(20%)

Setup/Operate1 up/down workstations(20%)

Perform monthly PM requirements(10%)

Inform team leader about processes or equipment requiring attention(10%)

Complete rework and scrap documentation asrequiredorrequested(10%)

Package service parts(10%)

Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes,productivityand quality, especially those related to corrective actions(10%)
