Job Summary:
Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our OB Hospitalist team at Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell, GA.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible schedule with no outpatient clinic responsibilities
- 144-hours per month with ability to take extra shifts as desired
- Shifts and deliveries at Wellstar Cobb Hospital

- Collaborative multidisciplinary team, including MFM, midwives, and WHNPs
Clinical Responsibilities:
Hospitalists provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including:
- Labor and delivery management for unassigned patients
- Vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Obstetric emergencies
- Gynecologic emergency consultations and surgeries
- Emergency Department consultations
- Supervision of OB Emergency Department
- Support of antepartum patients

Qualifications:
Required
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Eligible for unrestricted Georgia medical license
- 3+ years of experience
