Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency and Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship

• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology

• Eligible for medical licensure in Texas

• Ability to meet hospital credentialing and privileging requirements
