Full job description
Overview
We’re hiring Process Engineers to join our polymer compounding manufacturing team.
You’ll spend most of your day on the production floor leading trials, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, improving throughput, and helping launch new products. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll work directly with operators, supervisors, and maintenance to solve real production problems, not sit behind a desk designing processes that someone else has to implement.
As we continue investing in new equipment, new production lines, and new products, we’re looking for experienced engineers who want to own their processes, mentor younger engineers, and build long-term careers with a stable company that gives engineers the freedom to make decisions and improve the plant.
What Makes This Opportunity Great

Own Your Process: Engineers have real authority to improve production, not just make recommendations.

-
Continuous Investment: New products, new equipment, and major plant expansion projects.

Mentor the Next Generation: Join an experienced engineering team and help develop newer engineers.
-
Long-Term Growth: Build a career with increasing responsibility rather than chasing promotions between companies. Compensation
