The Disney College Program is an exciting, unique opportunity for college students and recent graduates to work at Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida. While on a program, participants will:

  • Receive valuable professional experience while working at our world-renowned theme parks and resorts.

  • Meet people from around the globe and create friendships and memories to last a lifetime.

  • Take part in uniquely Disney learning and development opportunities, exclusive program events and more.

Please note: you’re applying to the Disney College Program itself — not one specific job. Your individual role and location will be shared closer to your arrival date, so we ask every applicant to come in open to being placed in any role within the program.

Where You’ll Work

Every role in the program, whether front-line or backstage, plays a part in delivering the guest experience Disney is known for. Applicants should be open to either type of role.

  • Front-line roles: Guest-facing positions directly interacting with visitors in our theme parks, resorts and Disney Springs locations.

  • Examples: Attractions, Quick Service Food & Beverage, Custodial, Merchandise, etc.

  • Backstage roles: Supporting the guest experience behind the scenes.

  • Examples: Costuming Operations, Houseperson, etc.

Program Overview

Living on your Program: Flamingo Crossings Village

  • Program participants can live at Flamingo Crossings Village, the fully furnished apartment community owned and operated by American Campus Communities, just minutes from Walt Disney World Resort.

  • The community includes double-occupancy, shared apartments with amenities like resort-style pools and a 12,500 sq. ft. fitness center. Various special events and activities are also hosted every month exclusively for residents on the program.

  • Bus transportation provided by Disney Programs connects you to Disney parks and resorts as well as local grocery stores and shopping.

Learn and Grow Professionally with Disney

  • Discover career paths and build your network – there are endless possibilities with Disney to explore after you complete your program!

  • Attend Disney Programs learning sessions where you can gain new skills, meet industry professionals and Disney leaders and more.

  • Actively enrolled in school? You could earn academic credit through the American Council on Education. Check with your advisor and see the Accreditation site (https://sites.disney.com/disneyprogramsexperience/accreditation/) for the specifics.

Basic Qualifications :

Eligibility Requirements

  • You're at least 18 years old when you submit your application.

  • You're currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in the United States or the United States territories and actively working toward an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Graduate degree*.

  • You graduated from an accredited college or university in the United States or the United States territories* within the last 12 months of this job posting. (Graduation after August 17, 2025).

  • Before your program start date, you must have completed at least one term at your college or university (or a minimum of 6 credit hours) towards your degree. Credits must have been earned after graduating high school or earning your GED.

  • You're in good academic standing at your school. Some schools require a minimum GPA or advisor approval before you can participate in an off-campus program. Check with your academic advisor before applying. Disney's approval doesn't override a hold your school places on your participation.

  • You have valid work authorization in the United States for the full duration of your program. U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, green card holders, and F-1 students with valid OPT or CPT authorization are all welcome. If you have a different type of employment authorization that will be valid (unexpired) for the duration of the program dates you select, reach out to your DSO (Designated School Official) to confirm eligibility before applying. Disney does not sponsor visas for this program.

*U.S. includes all 50 states plus Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories. Returning Disney College Program participants must wait at least four full months from their previous program departure date before you can arrive for a new program.
