Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Clinical Services for our large multispecialty outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the delivery of quality patient care through effective management of our clinical staff and nursing activities. This role will coordinate all clinical operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Using the organization's objectives and philosophies as a guide; coordinates and monitors the general supervision, planning, direction and evaluation of all aspects of the organization's provider nursing/clinical activities.

  • Develops and implements policies and procedures and monitors the daily operations and activities of the organization's provider nursing/clinical functions to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.

  • Accountable for all phases of education and training of the provider nursing/clinical staff as it pertains to the delivery of care within the organization's health care continuum.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a healthcare related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of Clinical or Ancillary experience in an inpatient or outpatient environment.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience with a focus on education, regulatory compliance, department leadership, related nursing systems and/or patient safety systems.

  • Current CPR certification

Work Hours: 8-5
