We are seeking a Maintenance Dispatch Center (MDC) Deputy Supervisor . OLH Technical Services, LLC is a Systems Engineering and Logistics & Program Management Firm that is an 8(a) Program certified, Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)-owned, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day management of the Operations Center.

Manages and oversees quality control of all incoming phone calls fielded by the Maintenance Dispatch Coordinators.

Ensures that all maintenance work orders are properly planned and scheduled so that best support is provided.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and reasoning skills.
Position Requirements:

U.S. Citizen.

Must be able to acquire a fully adjudicated Background Investigation (BI).

Eight (8) years of experience is required in organizing, directing, and managing equipment maintenance dispatch center.
Position is located in Lorton, VA.
