We’re a clinician-owned pediatric home health company built by SLPs who care deeply about empowering families and providing high-quality, relationship-centered care. We’re a small, supportive team that believes great therapy happens when clinicians are trusted, supported, and given autonomy.
We’re seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a designated area of town to minimize drive time and support work-life balance.

Position Details:

Contractor (1099) pediatric home health position

Pay: $70–$100/hour (based on experience and specialty skills)

Opportunity for 10–35+ visits per week

Caseload concentrated in one part of town
Preferred Experience (not required):

Pediatric feeding

Early intervention and caregiver coaching
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current state license (or eligibility)

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs welcome

Reliable transportation
