BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Technician Trainer to support the Philadelphia Market.

Pay: $31.00 - $44.00 / hour

This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool. Candidates with VTS credentialing are eligible for compensation commensurate with experience.

As a Senior Patient Care Training Coordinator with BluePearl, you can:

  • Be part of a dynamic, energized network of hospitals committed to providingthe highest standard of patient care.

  • Collaborate with a team of Training Coordinators to develop innovative training programs while coaching associates at every career stage, from new hires to current and experienced associates.

  • Align with the local teamsand your line managerto build a flexible schedule that supportsmarkettraining needs, including the potential for limited remote work.

  • Support a variety of specialties and locations across the market.

  • Impactthe future of the profession by supporting veterinary technician students, veterinary students, interns, and residents.

  • Lead the implementation ofnew, company-wide training programs.

  • Elevate the level of patient care through education in the hospitals within the market.

  • Maintain your clinical skills and build new ones by training side-by-side with yourteams.

  • Collaborate with local medical directors, practice managers, and nursing leaders toidentifytraining needs, build training plans, and execute training events likehands-on skillswetlabs, simulator training,andvirtual or livedidactic lecture-based CE.

  • Support UnitedInCare by designing and delivering CE for partner hospitals and the local referring community.

  • Partner with theDivisionalNursing Partner, Director of Medical Quality, and local medical leadership to implement BluePearl’s medical quality guidelines and standards into hospital ways of working, training curriculums, andhospitalculture.

  • Drive your own development through robust internal CE and opportunities unique to training coordinators.
