Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our CT Technologist you will help provide diagnostic excellence and exceptional patient care.
Everyday you will perform accurate CT exams, operate equipment safely, and contribute directly to life-changing medical decisions.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

Execute Comprehensive Studies: Perform diagnostic radiologic and CT studies, operating equipment effectively.

Patient-Centered Care: Identify patients, explain procedures to ease anxiety, and verify orders, minimizing unnecessary radiation.

Clinical Judgment: Use sound judgment for additional views or Radiologist consultation; manage outside film communications.

Equipment & Workflow: Log patient data; troubleshoot equipment; optimize patient flow and prioritize studies efficiently.

Patient Comfort & Safety: Utilize accessories for comfort/protection; question childbearing-age patients, use lead shields, follow protocol manuals for optimal dose.

Accurate Records: Enter patient data precisely; ensure exams/supplies are charged/filled.

Continuous Learning: Pursue CE in XR/CT; attend meetings; seek learning opportunities; assist new staff.

Policy Adherence & Safety: Comply with Diagnostic Imaging policies, safety/risk management, Universal Precautions (PPE); report hazards; ensure age-appropriate care.

Job Requirements
Required
-
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiological Technology.
-
One (1) year successful employment as a CT Tech.
-
Current MRAD or RTCT.
-
Current AHA BLS Certification.

Pay Range
$39.78 - $56.48 /hour
