Civil Litigation Attorney

Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Orlando office. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of civil litigation experience, with a strong background in insurance defense. Trial experience is preferred, and experience handling bodily injury matters is highly desired.

Requirements

• 6+ years of civil litigation experience, with prior insurance defense experience required

• Trial experience preferred; bodily injury experience highly desired

• Excellent legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy skills

• Client-first mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service

• Highly organized with strong, clear, and concise communication skills

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Draft and review substantive pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Respond to motions, discovery, and other litigation matters

• Effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and team members

• Manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced and evolving environment

• Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications proficiently
