Physician Assistant – Primary Care

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a nationally recognized, award-winning, public health system locatedin Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s metro-north region. We provide innovative primary, specialty andemergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of community basedoutpatient clinics and three hospital campuses. CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard University MedicalSchool and Tufts University School of Medicine. CHA is currently recruiting Full-Time Primary Care Physician Assistants for our neighborhood healthcenters in Malden and Revere .

  • Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of primary care experienceas a Physician Assistant

  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to actively engage and collaborate in a multidisciplinaryteam

  • Demonstrate a commitment to CHA’s mission and patient population

  • Prior experience with use of interpreters is a plus. Although not required, fluency in Spanish,Portuguese, and/or Haitian Creole is valued

The full time guaranteed base salary range of $108,000-$161,000 is based on years of experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package foremployees and their families.
