Registered Behavior Technician

Kids First is a fast-growing ABA agency servicing families across New York, and we are currently looking for experienced and motivatedRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)to join our team in Queens.

Please note: This position isONLYfor currently certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) anextensivebackground in ABA services.

Hourly rates and sign-on bonuses are determined based on:

  • Experience level

  • Location

  • Availability

  • Languages spoken

Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs

  • Track session data and client progress

  • Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients and families

  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team

Requirements

  • Active RBT Certification (Required)

  • Experience working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable transportation preferred

  • Ability to work after-school hours and/or weekends
