Full job description

The Nurse Practitioner will provide patient health assessment, treatment planning, maintenance, teaching and counseling in a collaborative role with the primary care physician. High school graduate or equivalent required. Must be a registered nurse licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Adult health nurse practitioner license and ANNC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) certification required. Must hold prescriptive authority as an ARNP. Master’s degree in nursing required. Current CPR certification required.
