We are rapidly expanding and looking for a Class-A Delivery Driver to join our team effective immediately! The Delivery Driver is expected to provide exceptional customer service, unload each account's order, place it in the designated area (cooler, back room, etc.), rotate all stock in accordance with Company standards. The ideal candidate is an independent worker who understands the physical demands of the position, wh can maintain high standards of quality and organization without close supervision.

What you’ll do:

• Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns.

• Conduct a daily Pre-Tip inspection of his/her assigned vehicle.

• Maintain a clean driving record.

• Adhere to all DOT regulations.

• Follow the approved delivery structure and processes.

• Maintain product freshness and move product when necessary.

• Will participate in “work with” and “ride with” days with the Delivery Manager and Delivery Supervisor to obtain coaching and training opportunities in the field.

• Must maintain a pace of work that enables drivers to complete their deliveries in 12 hours or less due to DOT regulations.

• Other delivery-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for territory travel.

• Clean driving record with few or no infractions.

• Prior merchandising or stocking experience in a retail sales environment is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds constantly, and 160 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, squat, twist, and reach constantly.

• Strong eye for detail and visual presentation.

• Reliable time management, routing, and follow-through across multiple store locations.

• Clear communication and relationship-building with in-store teams and managers

Schedule: 5 days, Monday - Friday, early mornings until the job is done (some overtime required).

Pay : $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
