Clean Harbors is seeking a T echnical Services Account Manager to join the Pittsburgh, PV / Wheeling, WV Sales team! The TS Account Managers will drive new waste management business while growing existing accounts. This role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, and expanding services across hazardous waste, environmental solutions, and compliance. Partnering with internal teams, the Account Manager helps clients improve safety, reduce risk, and ensure proper waste management.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive profitable growth across multi‑site waste‑management accounts.

Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for Clean Harbors solutions within their organization;

Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to.

Strengthening customer relationships through contract oversight, service delivery follow‑up, and continuous improvement.

Propose, negotiate, and close profitable environmental services contracts with senior operations and EHS leaders.

Prospect and develop new Technical Services accounts using structured target analysis and waste‑stream evaluation.

2+ years of strong B2B and complex sales background.

Previous RCRA and DOT regulation training/understanding highly preferred.

Reside within identified branch location, hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Proven ability to develop a book of business.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven ability to build relationships (environmental service, waste‑management contracts highly preferred). Customer focused mindset. Skilled in strategic selling, analysis, and project planning/management.

Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Salesforce highly preferred.
