What you´ll do

Serve as the primary Quality representative for assigned Global Key Accounts, ensuring customer expectations are clearly understood, represented internally, and aligned with Henkel’s capabilities and strategic objectives.

Build trusted partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders, including Global Business Managers, by driving performance reviews, aligning priorities, supporting new projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Deploy and govern customer-specific quality requirements globally, ensuring effective integration across operations, functions, APQP activities, and business change initiatives.

Lead the resolution of critical customer quality issues, driving cross-functional and customer-facing teams through containment, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and sustainable issue closure.

Establish robust quality performance management systems, including reporting, KPI tracking, risk identification, escalation processes, and proactive communication to protect Henkel’s business and reputation.

Drive continuous improvement and capability development, collaborating globally to strengthen quality competencies, standardize best practices, and enhance Henkel’s ability to meet current and future customer expectations.
What makes you a good fit

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, including at least 2 years in quality management and/or customer-facing roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with expertise in structured methodologies such as PDCA, A3, 8D, Six Sigma, and LEAN principles.

Working knowledge of automotive quality management systems and standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Automotive Core Tools.

Demonstrated leadership, project management, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement, coach teams, and support cultural transformation.

Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred; multilingual capabilities is a strong advantage (Spanish, German, or French) and willingness to travel globally up to 30% are strong advantages.

The salary range for this role is $120000.00 and $155000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
