Full job description

The Adjunct Behavior Technician Professor will develop and deliver educational materials in accordance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) requirements while maintaining accurate and comprehensive records for each student cohort. The successful candidate will facilitate engaging instruction through a synchronous online teaching model, with in-person instruction provided as needed to support student learning and program objectives.

The instructor will contribute to the assessment, evaluation, and documentation of student learning outcomes. This position requires effective communication, organization, and a commitment to maintaining instructional quality and compliance with applicable BACB standards and program requirements.

This position will be located on various Midlands Technical College campuses. Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or Board Certified Behavior Analyst–Doctoral (BCBA-D) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Successful completion of the BACB supervision training course or willingness to complete the course. Adjunct faculty are compensated in accordance with Midlands Technical College’s established pay schedule. Final compensation may vary depending on academic credentials and total course credit hours. Any variation is determined upon hire and outlined in the faculty employment agreement.
