Position Description
Join our growing surgical otolaryngology practice at an exciting time of expansion. We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled PA-C to join our collaborative team of 5 physicians and 1 audiologist. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the development of this role while providing comprehensive ENT care across all age groups in both clinical and surgical settings .
Hours: Mon-Fri. 8:30am – 5:00pm; participation in call coverage rotation

Position Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage new and established patients independently across all age groups (birth to 100+ years), including special needs patients

Perform in-office procedures

High-volume office setting

Surgical assist
Position Requirements
-
Current PA-C certification
-
Current licensure as a Physician Assistant by the PA Board of Medicine.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing PA-C, 5+ years preferred
-
Experience in otolaryngology or surgical specialty strongly preferred
-
Comfort treating patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric
-
Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative practice approach

Strong clinical skills and procedural competency
