Qualifications:

Minimum Baccalaureate Degree

New York State Teaching Certificate- (TSHH) or (TSLD)

Speech Language Pathologist Licensed
Accountable to the Related Services Coordinator and indirectly to Executive Director.
Responsibilities
-
Conduct 30-minute individual and group speech session per student IEP.

Manage schedule to maximize IEP compliance (i.e., see all students on caseload per schedule)

Attend meetings with parents, classroom teachers, and school district representatives

Write quarterly progress reports on progress toward IEP objectives

Write progress notes for case reviews and special meetings

Maintain full caseload to meet state mandated productivity levels.
