Responsibilities

Communicate with HR and Virufy leadership for the available positions and their requirements
Source and screen technical candidates (ML, Audio Processing, Signal Processing, Data Science)
Create job postings and post them on relevant channels
Coordinate interview times with decision makers
Work with outreach team to update social media
Crowdsource potential candidates Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role
Understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills Desired Skills
Highly responsive, flexible with hours.
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency. Hours
Minimum 10 hours per week on a part-time volunteer basis. Questions?
