Full job description

Schedule: 2 ten-hour shifts Monday and Wed. 1x per month weekend rotation. 1x per year holiday rotation.

Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs. Responsibilities: Performs initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.| Establishes, revises and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.| Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.| Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. from an accredited school of Physical Therapy

  • BLS

  • Current State of Michigan Licensure- Physical Therapy

  • Prefer at least 3 years hospital-based experience, orthopedics and Acute therapy.
