Full job description

Job Description:

Applications to this pool will be utilized to fill non-tenure track, non-benefits eligible Instructor positions for delivering in-person courses at the Athens Campus for our Studio Art Foundations Program during the 2026/2027 academic year.

We are looking for industry professionals for potential instructional opportunities in Art + Design.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Master’s Degree in Art and Design (or related field) by the start date of appointment, or the equivalence of through a combination of education and experience in accordance with Ohio University policy 18.001. (https://www.ohio.edu/policy/18-001)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The ability to develop, and/or update, course curriculum and curriculum delivery materials/modes

  • Experience with Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design

  • Experience with Learning Management Software/Platforms
