Job Summary

The position provides assistance to the Biomed Engineering Technicians. Repairs and maintains all types of medical equipment to include Anesthesia equipment; assists medical/nursing staff in operation/use of equipment. Assists with new construction equipment selection and installations. Willing and able to travel to multiple worksites.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Associate degree in biomedical engineering, electronics or related field OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Biomedical Engineering Technician, or a minimum of five (5) years of biomedical engineering experience with demonstrated leadership experience in a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager role within a healthcare technology management or clinical engineering environment.

Minimum License Requirement:

None.
