The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines from members of the team

The ability to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessary

Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
-
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
-
Must have strong working knowledge with all Microsoft suite programs, must have a high level of expertise in Excel, including proficiency in writing and calculating formulas using V-Lookup and pivot tables

Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language

Experience in working effectively under deadline pressures preferred

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management preferred

Possess a high level of organization and interpersonal skills preferred

Demonstrated understanding of Envoy Maintenance and Engineering computer systems preferred

Strong familiarity with Envoy Maintenance and safety policies, procedures, agreements and budgeting functions preferred

Above average organization, interpersonal, oral and written skills preferred

High level of understanding of MOCPM performance and procedures preferred
