You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing majority team-based Outpatient Geriatric Care, with the opportunity for Inpatient and Palliative Care as well. Requirements: * Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible) * BC/BE Geriatrics o Dual certified in palliative care is a plus This is a salaried position. While compensation is presented as an hourly rate for consistency across our postings, this position is paid on a salary basis.
