We're seeking an outgoing and relationship-focused individual who enjoys connecting with people and building strong community partnerships. In this role, you'll help increase awareness of our services by fostering relationships with professionals and organizations that support seniors and their families.

This flexible part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, networking within the community, and contributing to work that truly matters. As the role develops, there may be opportunities to participate in client consultations and take on additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, real estate professionals, attorneys, and other referral partners.

  • Increase community awareness of Caring Transitions services through ongoing outreach and relationship-building efforts.

  • Attend networking events, community programs, and local business gatherings as a company representative.

  • Follow up consistently with contacts to nurture partnerships and remain a trusted local resource.

  • Identify opportunities to connect families with services that can help simplify major life transitions.

  • Track outreach activity and maintain organized communication with referral partners.
