• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Applicants

• Up to $3000 Relocation Bonus for Eligible Applicants

• Shift: Full time Monday- Friday

• Location: 400 Celebration Place Celebration, FL 34747

• The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour and implements a treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommended techniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient’s needs.

• Assesses patient's ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobilty skills, an evaluates muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems.

• Monitors patient response to and progress in treatment, modifying treatment plan as appropriate.

• Provides discharge planning assistance and information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and follow-up services.

• Communicates appropriately and effectively with patients, family, and healthcare professionals within and across care settings and communities.

Education:

• Doctorate [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• in Physical Therapy

Work Experience:

• • 1 year experience treating Ortho patients (preferred)
• • English / Spanish verbal skills a plus

• • Education requirements for this position are determined by the licensing or certification standards set forth by the relevant certifying body. Applicants must possess the level of education mandated for eligibility to obtain and maintain the required license or certification.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Physical Therapist (PT) [Required] OR
• Physical Therapist - Temporary (PT-TEMP) [Required]

Pay Range:

$31.86 - $123,281.60 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
