Responsibilities The Occupational Therapy Assistant in Home Health is responsible for providing occupational therapy to patients in their homes to restore them to their fullest physical ability. The Occupational Therapy Assistant performs his/her duties in accordance with policies and procedures and the established plan of care. Qualifications Education

  • Graduate of an accredited OTA program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE). Required

Work Experience

  • No experience required Required

Licenses and Certifications

  • OTA - Occupational Therapist Assistant Upon Hire Required (Must be certified and in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)

  • CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required

  • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation Upon Hire Required
