Our client is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with building systems design experience (concentration on HVAC and plumbing) and the ability to lead projects and mentor other staff

design development of various commercial buildings• construction document and specification development • construction administration • building inspections (mechanical)• technical report writing

Salary is $100K+ DOE - will pay more for a truly experienced candidate. Solid benefits package. Direct placement opportunity.

Minimum 15+ years experience in building system design and construction (specifically plumbing systems) • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • Experience with computer aided design (preferably REVIT)• Awareness of building codes and requirements
