Astor Services is seeking a compassionate, skilled clinician to join the Ulster County Crisis Support Center—a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your work truly matters. What You’ll Do:

Provide compassionate, immediate support to individuals and families experiencing mental health crises.

Conduct mental health assessments and develop effective stabilization plans.

Deliver crisis counseling to individuals in acute distress.

Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.

Connect individuals to appropriate community resources to support ongoing stability and recovery.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

People who can adapt quickly, think creatively, and respond compassionately in moments of crisis.

Individuals who are licensed or license eligible in New York State (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD. MSW-LP, MHC-LP).

Candidates who have Experience in mental health crisis intervention, strong assessment skills and strong diagnostic skills.
Salary Description
$60,000.00/yr
