Our painters play a key role in delivering the final finished look on each project. This position focuses on light painting work following flooring installations , primarily trim touch-ups such as baseboards, quarter round, and transitions. The quality of your work helps leave a lasting impression on our customers. We respect the customer and their home, we deliver what we promise, and we clean up.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform light finish painting including baseboards, quarter round, and trim touch-ups

Match existing paint colors and finishes as closely as possible

Maintain clean, organized tools and a safe work environment

Review scope of work prior to arrival and execute with attention to detail

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Ensure high-quality standards are met on every job

Leave the job site clean and customer-ready
Qualifications:

Experience with residential painting, especially trim and detail work

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, precise finishes

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Must be comfortable working in occupied homes

Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Position Details:

1099 subcontractor position (not full-time or part-time)

Project-based, flexible scheduling
