Examples of Responsibilities:

Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff

Assist with personal care

Companionship

Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned

Has experience with Dementia

Has experience with Gait belt Transfers
-
** Caregiver must be a Certified PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide to get qualified for this position

Ability to get to work using reliable transportation

Valid US issued driver’s license with no serious driving violations

Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations

Pass a criminal background check prior to employment with Senior Helpers

Pass a drug screening test

Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus, but not required
-
Must be able to be reached via phone, text, or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies
