- Hourly rate: $28 - $32
- Sat/Sun 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (Days); Thurs/Sat/Sun 8:00 pm – 8:00 am (Nights)
- Patient Location – Antioch, Tennessee 37013

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program
